On September 18, 2008, Bruce Keplinger and Chris Lucas won a medical malpractice trial in Jackson County, Missouri.  The case involved an alleged delay in diagnosing breast cancer. 

On July 8, 2008, Bruce Keplinger and Melissa Hillman obtained a $4.95 Million dollar verdict against HCA in a claim filed on behalf of physician that was fired from his position as the director of the Centerpoint and Research Medical Center neonatal unit in Kansas City.

March 3, 2008, Bruce Keplinger and John Hicks won a medical malpractice trial in St. Joseph Missouri.  The case involved a brachial plexus injury suffered by the plaintiff at birth.  The birth was complicated by shoulder dystocia.  (Link to DRI article)

November 9, 2007, Bruce Keplinger and John Hicks won a medical malpractice trial in Johnson County, Kansas.  The case involved an alleged misdiagnosis Hodgkin's Lymphoma

October 5, 2007, Bruce Keplinger and John Hicks won a medical malpractice trial in Platte County, Missouri.  The case involved a perforated bowel that occurred during a laparoscopic bilateral salpingo oophorectomy. 

On May 14, 2007, Bruce Keplinger and John Hicks won a medical malpractice trial in Jackson County, Missouri.  The case involved the alleged miss-use of the Nuss Procedure which was performed to correct plaintiff's condition known as pectus excavatum.

On February 6, 2007, Bruce Keplinger and John Hicks won a medical malpractice trial in Johnson County, Kansas.  The case involved an alleged failure to monitor during Cervidil induction.
